If the slime demon with no name was attracted to magic, then why didn't he attack when Drew orbed for Phoebe? Even though they went back in time and couldn't use their powers because it was before they were born; they were still witches and could do spells. But that doesn't make a lot of sense. When they wen't back in 'That 70's Episode' they saw themselves as children and the children had their powers. So it makes sense they should of had their powers. Since they never replace themselves in the past, they should be able to still have their powers no matter where they go in the past.

Since when does a Genie have to see something to grant your wish, ie. Lost City. In the scene where Richard has taken the power stripping potion and they are saying 'goodbye', when you see Paige's face her shirt is up on the left shoulder but when you see the back of Paige, her shirt is up on the right shoulder. When the Charmed Ones have had their powers stripped before, they could still do up potions, why can't Richard still do potions? He was born a witch; therefore, magic will not be out of his life.
