Phoebe's powers seem to be growing by leaps and bounds. A lot more than the others. They did not kill Rick, they just didn't interfere when the demons killed him. I don't think they could have saved him anyways, but it did serve the purpose of getting the Scabers off of Chris' back. Although Leo is listed in the credits, he was not in this episode.

Scout does pretty good for a fairy that has died in a previous episode. How many times does Chris have to say, Leo was never around for them to catch on? According to Phoebe's vision of the future, Chris should have been old enough to remember something of what happened to Wyatt. Unless, his changing the past changed how and when it would happen to Wyatt.

It appeared to me the Tribunal leaned more towards the evil side, rather than being fair. It is my understanding vanquished Demons go to the Wasteland where Cole went. Why didn't Barbas go there? I can't see how Phoebe was using her premonitions for personal gain? If her empathy power was the only one she was using for personal gain, then that should have been the only power they stripped her of.
